Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Accounts Receivable team in the NAMER time zone. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our daily finance operations, working closely with global teams and customers.

What will you be doing?

  • Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivable functions.

  • Prepare invoices and ensure that monthly services are billed to clients as per the agreements.

  • Address clients' inquiries promptly. Reconcile accounts receivable and generate an aging report with a detailed analysis.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection activities.

  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in collaboration with the sales and customer success teams.

  • Collaborate with the accounting and finance and payroll teams to reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate application of payments.

  • Perform reconciliation and analysis for management reporting.

What do we need?

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably with exposure to global operations.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with global teams and customers.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Excel.

  • Experience working with NetSuite /Zendesk and online payments platform is an advantage.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changes in the financial landscape.

  • Able to handle a large volume of transactions and multi-task.

  • Detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
