Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr Analytics Manager to join our GTM Analytics team in the United States. This role goes beyond reporting—it is about shaping strategy through insights. You will partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify growth opportunities, optimize GTM motions, and influence critical business decisions.

The ideal candidate is not only technically strong but also excels in synthesizing data into clear, strategic insights. You will serve as a thought partner to leadership, guiding where to invest, how to scale, and how to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership by generating insights that drive business growth and efficiency.

  • Analyze sales, marketing, and customer success data to uncover market opportunities, pipeline risks, and growth levers.

  • Own the development and storytelling of dashboards, forecasts, and executive-level reports that influence decision-making.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on pipeline progression, conversion funnels, and account segmentation to surface opportunities for acceleration.

  • Partner with business leaders to design, track, and refine GTM KPIs aligned with company goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate insights into operational strategies.

  • Drive the adoption of predictive analytics and advanced statistical models to forecast revenue, optimize investment, and assess risks.

  • Contribute to the evolution of a scalable data infrastructure, ensuring data quality and accessibility for decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in analytics, with significant exposure to sales, marketing, or broader GTM functions.

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business strategy through data and insights.

  • Strong expertise in Python for advanced analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, and automation of insights.

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling, data lakes, or enterprise data warehouse solutions.

  • Advanced knowledge of predictive modeling, regression, clustering, and time-series forecasting to support decision-making.

  • Skilled in BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or equivalent.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology environments preferred.
