Direct Taxation:
Manage corporate income tax compliance for international entities, including preparation and filing of tax returns, and coordination of audits.
Interpret and apply global tax laws to ensure compliance with local regulations and international treaties.
Assist in the preparation and documentation of transfer pricing, ensuring alignment with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
Coordinate and manage tax-related litigation, including dispute resolution with tax authorities.
Collaborate with external tax advisors, legal teams, and tax authorities to resolve tax disputes effectively.
Liaise with external tax advisors and tax authorities across different jurisdictions.
Indirect Taxation:
Oversee global indirect tax compliance, including VAT, GST, and other transaction-based taxes.
Ensure timely registration, reporting, and filing obligations across various countries.
Support the evaluation and improvement of indirect tax processes for better accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate indirect tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
Keep up to date with legislative and regulatory changes affecting global indirect taxes.
Qualification required :
Chartered Accountant having 4-5 years of experience in international tax (direct and indirect)
