We are looking for a Senior, Travel Specialist to oversee and manage all aspects of domestic and international travel across the organization. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment and enjoys building efficient travel processes from the ground up.
The Travel Specialist will work closely with multiple stakeholders—HR, Finance, and department heads—to ensure smooth coordination, cost efficiency, and compliance in all travel-related activities.
Manage and coordinate all corporate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transportation.
Develop and maintain travel policies that align with company guidelines and budget.
Negotiate with travel vendors, airlines, and agencies to secure the best rates and services.
Ensure compliance with visa and immigration requirements for international travelers.
Track, analyze, and report on travel expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Handle travel-related escalations and provide timely resolutions.
Partner with Finance for travel budget planning and expense reconciliation.
Maintain a database of preferred vendors and monitor service quality.
Support employees during travel with necessary documentation and emergency assistance when required.
Stay updated with travel advisories, restrictions, and regulations.
6–8 years of experience in corporate travel management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of international travel policies, visa processes, and travel compliance.
Experience in negotiating vendor contracts and managing travel budgets.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with travel management tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
