The Opportunity: As a Sales Enablement Specialist focusing on EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and influencing the success of new and current team members across Multiplier’s expanding sales organization in the EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to drive and support key initiatives within our Revenue Organization, with a strong emphasis on new hire onboarding. You will be instrumental in maintaining structured, engaging, and measurable onboarding programs while also flexing into broader, ongoing enablement needs as our business evolves. Your work will ensure our sales teams are equipped to excel, contributing directly to Multiplier's continued growth and expansion across EMEA.
What You'll Do: This role will primarily focus on leading training sessions and providing general enablement support, including course and content creation, for our EMEA sales teams.
Provide General Enablement Support & Content Creation:
Develop and deliver ongoing training programs on sales methodologies, processes, soft skills, Multiplier’s tech stack, and comprehensive product/industry knowledge, ensuring team members are equipped to reach their targets.
Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas for improvement within the EMEA sales team and implement effective action plans to address these gaps.
Collaborate on the creation and curation of digital resources, such as Sales Playbooks, Learning Management System (LMS) content, and multimedia materials (e.g., video/audio scripts), to support ongoing learning and career growth.
Support broader enablement initiatives such as tech stack adoption, sales campaign execution, and call quality enhancements.
Analyze the effectiveness of all training and enablement programs, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptability to evolving business needs.
Assist with New Hire Onboarding:
Facilitate blended learning experiences, including virtual live sessions, online modules, and practice workshops, to significantly improve ramp-time and support team members in developing key sales skills.
Support the development and execution of onboarding programs for various Revenue Organization roles, ensuring consistency and alignment across departments in EMEA.
Track and evaluate onboarding progress and outcomes, reinforcing learnings and celebrating achievements to ensure continuous improvement.
Monitor sales performance during the onboarding phase, including listening to recorded calls and documenting sales process usage for coaching opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, Product Marketing, and Product teams to ensure the new hire onboarding program remains current and effective.
What You'll Bring:
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a sales and/or enablement role (e.g., BDR, SDR), with additional experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive or Account Manager considered a plus.
Demonstrated experience in the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry, preferably within fast-growing startup sales environments.
A warm, engaging, and credible communication style with a genuine passion for coaching and a commitment to helping sales team members grow and reach their full potential.
Strong knowledge of training methods and organizational change management principles.
Proven ability to create impactful training materials, including writing effective copy and developing video/audio scripts.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms, and sales call analysis tools (e.g., Chorus or Gong) to support Multiplier's sales operations.
Experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS) is a strong asset.
Experience working with or supporting teams across the EMEA region is highly desirable.
Experience with Enablement programs with a focus on onboarding is highly desirable.
