The Role

As a Client Sales Executive, you’ll own a portfolio of existing customers across the EMEA region, driving expansion. You’ll be responsible for strengthening relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and becoming a trusted advisor to your clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to play a key role in shaping how Multiplier scales in EMEA. You will be part of building up a new organisation for Multiplier in EMEA and will have an opportunity to grow and scale with the organisation as well.

What You’ll Do

● Own customer relationships across a defined book of business in EMEA, ensuring expansion targets are achieved via contracted revenue from cross-sales and upsells

● Identify growth opportunities through cross-sell and upsell within existing accounts.

● Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

● Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs and proactively propose solutions.

● Build strong multi-threaded relationships (HR, Finance, Legal, Operations).

● Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within Salesforce.

● Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to identify account-based expansion plays and work with marketing on customer-driven events to help us win new logos

● Be the voice of the customer, sharing insights that help shape our product roadmap and service strategy.

● Travel to meet your customers to expand our product suite across the full organisation.

● Help define this part of the organisation and have a lot of influence on how to build this department.

What You’ll Bring

● 3+ years of experience in B2B full sales cycle role, ideally in HR tech, or global payroll/EOR.

● Proven success in achieving expansion quotas.

● Experience managing multi-country or enterprise accounts is a strong plus.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

● Strong commercial mindset – able to identify opportunities, build business cases, and close deals. ● Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-growth, remote-first environment.

● Fluency in English; other EMEA languages are a plus.
