Multiplier is seeking an exceptional Inbound SDR to join our Revenue Marketing team. As a key member of our revenue growth team, the Inbound SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying new leads through various channels, resulting in converting them into paying customers. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships with potential customers.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our leads and will be responsible for nurturing them through the sales funnel. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure alignment and maximize the effectiveness of our lead generation efforts. Skills & Qualification

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and processes, including lead qualification, nurturing, and conversion.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, including Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to analyze data and use it to inform sales strategies and tactics.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with inbound sales methodologies, including email, phone, and chat.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage inbound lead flow

  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts

  • Meet or exceed SDR sourced Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) volume targets

  • Collaborate with and leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities

  • Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts

  • Work to have a variety of touches (call, email, social, etc.) on all leads in your assigned territory using Outreach.io

  • Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce

  • Act as a mentor for new SDR hires in helping them navigate their key accounts
