Own the Customer Journey
Act as a subject matter expert in global hiring and compliance.
Guide prospects from initial outreach to deal closure.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, SDRs, and BDRs for lead generation and qualification.
Partner with Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing growth.
Drive Revenue & Growth
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Manage your entire sales funnel: prospecting, nurturing, negotiating, and closing.
Build a strong pipeline and consistently deliver results.
Manage Pipeline & Forecasts
Maintain accurate Salesforce data for full visibility into performance and opportunities.
Master Your Craft
Hone your storytelling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Maintain a clear understanding of your customers and deals.
Be a Brand Ambassador
Represent Multiplier at key industry events, conferences, and meetups.
Showcase our platform’s impact on the future of remote work and global hiring.
3+ years in B2B SaaS sales (1+ in HR tech preferred).
Strong record of exceeding quotas in outbound roles.
You set ambitious goals and relentlessly pursue them.
You see challenges as opportunities to grow.
Skilled at building multi-threaded relationships and expanding client accounts.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments — remote or on-site.
Skilled at prioritizing, following up, and managing multiple deals simultaneously.
Confident presenter and negotiator with a professional, client-centric approach.
