About the Role

Multiplier is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing within the Revenue Marketing organization to lead and scale digital acquisition, website performance, and paid marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline globally. You will own our digital growth engine end-to-end - spanning performance marketing, SEO, website optimization, experimentation, analytics, and digital experience.

In this role, you will work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Regional GTM teams to accelerate high-quality inbound demand across HR, Talent, Finance, and Operations personas. This is a high-impact leadership position for a marketer who thinks strategically, executes with precision, and knows how to turn intent into qualified revenue.


What You Will Own

Digital Growth Strategy

  • Lead the global digital acquisition strategy to drive qualified leads, demo requests, and revenue opportunities for Multiplier.

  • Build a holistic growth roadmap across paid, organic, website performance, experiments, and emerging digital surfaces.

  • Develop strong alignment with Revenue and Demand Gen teams to ensure digital acquisition drives measurable pipeline impact.

Website & Digital Experience

  • Own usemultiplier.com as a primary growth asset - focusing on discoverability, conversion rate optimization, performance, and user experience.

  • Lead iterative testing across homepage, landing pages, pricing, product pages, and calculators to increase conversion efficiency.

  • Drive international and localized experiences to support growth in priority regions.

Performance Marketing

  • Lead paid acquisition across channels including SEM, paid social, partner channels, retargeting, and new experimental platforms.

  • Optimize CAC, payback, channel ROI, and pipeline contribution through structured testing and disciplined performance management.

SEO & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

  • Own the organic acquisition strategy, including technical SEO, content frameworks, authority building, and international SEO.

  • Expand visibility across emerging AI-driven discovery ecosystems like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity to capture high-intent traffic.

Localization & Scalable Programs

  • Lead digital localization strategy across web, content, paid channels, and digital assets to support global expansion.

  • Build repeatable frameworks for experiments, messaging tests, audience segmentation, and scale-ready program design.

Analytics, Experimentation & Insights

  • Define and own digital KPIs across acquisition, funnel conversion, channel performance, and pipeline impact.

  • Establish a rigorous experimentation culture with strong measurement, attribution clarity, and rapid iteration.

  • Partner with RevOps and Data to continually enhance funnel instrumentation and performance visibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Marketing on messaging, product launch support, and ICP-specific digital strategies.

  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, Regional Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment between digital demand creation and revenue targets.

  • Work with Content, Brand, and Design to elevate digital storytelling and improve engagement across global audiences.

About You

  • 6–10+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Strong background in driving measurable demand and pipeline through digital channels.

  • Hands-on experience managing high-performing websites, building conversion funnels, and leading data-led optimization.

  • Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, and analytics tools.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product marketing, and data teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for decision-making rooted in data.

  • Proven ability to manage agencies, oversee budgets, and scale performance programs efficiently.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in HR tech, global employment, or compliance-oriented SaaS.

  • Familiarity with marketing to HR, Finance, Talent, and Operations decision-makers.

  • Experience scaling multi-region digital programs across diverse markets.

  • Exposure to GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) or early experimentation with AI-based acquisition channels.
