Lead the vibes (and the strategy)
Build and run a cross-channel social strategy that grows our audience and gets people talking.
Come up with concepts, experiments, and creative stunts that make Multiplier impossible to ignore.
Grow & guide a social-first team
Lead a talented crew of social media pros — giving them direction, inspiration, and room to shine.
Set the bar for creative thinking, platform fluency, and smart risk-taking.
Create content people actually want
Partner with Design and Video teams to ship content that’s fresh, fun, and platform-native.
Keep an eye on what’s trending and jump in when it makes sense (not just because everyone else is).
Follow the numbers
Track performance across channels and turn insights into next steps.
Experiment, iterate, and constantly improve — without losing the creative magic.
Support paid & creator collabs
Help shape paid social campaigns that amplify our reach.
Work with creators and influencers who naturally “get” Multiplier.
Creative instincts + real experience
A portfolio of social campaigns that show taste, originality, and clear results.
Strong sense of writing, visual design, and short-form video (you don’t have to edit TikToks, but you should know what makes one great).
Cultural fluency
You’re plugged into the internet — trends, creators, formats, jokes, the whole ecosystem.
You know how to ride a trend without forcing it and how to respond to noise without feeding trolls.
Leadership with heart
Experience leading social teams with a mix of guidance, trust, and good humor.
Comfortable collaborating across creative, product, and marketing functions.
Data-driven strategy
You know how to read insights, spot patterns, and make smart decisions.
Bonus points for experience with paid social or influencer marketing.
