We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven content manager to lead the planning, creation, and distribution of content across our key channels. This role sits at the heart of our brand, product, and thought-leadership programs, shaping the stories that define our voice in the market. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, design, and leadership teams to deliver high-impact content that builds awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
Develop and maintain a cross-channel content strategy aligned with brand, product, and marketing goals.
Own the editorial calendar and ensure consistent, high-quality output across web, social, email, and campaigns.
Identify emerging trends, formats, and moments to create timely, relevant content.
Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to shape thought-leadership narratives.
Write and edit high-quality content including blogs, reports, case studies, emails, landing pages, scripts, and social posts.
Partner with designers, videographers, and freelancers to turn ideas into compelling multimedia assets.
Repurpose content into multiple formats to increase reach and impact.
Uphold tone of voice and ensure brand consistency across all content.
Track and analyze content performance using key metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversions, and attribution.
Use data to refine content strategy, improve quality, and optimize distribution.
Conduct regular content audits to identify gaps and repurposing opportunities.
Apply SEO best practices to improve discoverability and organic reach.
Partner with product marketing, demand generation, brand, comms, and design teams to support campaigns and launches.
Work with external partners, influencers, and PR when needed to amplify content.
Coordinate with leadership to support executive visibility and thought leadership.
Manage the full content production lifecycle — from ideation and briefing to review, editing, and publishing.
Maintain timelines, workflows, and approvals across multiple stakeholders.
Manage external writers and agencies when required.
4–5 years of experience in content, editorial, or related roles (preferably in SaaS or HR tech).
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio.
Solid understanding of SEO, social platforms, and digital distribution channels.
Ability to translate complex topics into simple, engaging narratives.
Experience managing content calendars, workflows, and multiple stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Bonus: experience with video scripting, executive content, or influencer-led content.
Background in HR, HR tech, SaaS, or global employment topics.
Experience with LinkedIn-first content strategies.
Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows (with strong human editorial judgment).
