You are the operating backbone for Product Operations—running the governance, cadences, and reporting that keep requests and gaps moving from intake → decision → delivery → closure, ensure the roadmap is credible and adopted, make OKRs measurable and on-track, and drive predictable execution of cross-functional product-led programs.
Run triage/routing forums and ensure clear outcomes for product review requests (PRR)
Maintain PRR workflow hygiene
Drive closure rigor: rationale, comms, outcomes captured
Establish change control and roadmap rituals
Prepare exec/stakeholder readouts: themes, milestones, confidence, risks, tradeoffs
Maintain a single source of truth for roadmap status and changes
Coordinate roadmap communications across GTM/Ops (what’s coming, what changed, what’s at risk)
Ensure every KR has: owner, metric definition, baseline, target, and data source
Run weekly pulses, monthly scorecards, quarterly planning/QBR readiness
Produce leadership-ready updates focused on outcomes, risks, and decisions needed
Build program charters (problem, scope, outcomes, milestones, dependencies)
Run governance: RACI, decision log, risk log, comms plan
Drive dependency resolution across Product/Eng/Ops/GTM/Field teams
Ensure launch readiness (enablement, documentation, support preparedness)
You: cross-functional alignment, governance forums, decision logs, OKR/roadmap reporting, exec comms
TPM: delivery planning, engineering sequencing, release coordination, technical risks
Shared: dependencies, risk management, escalation paths, release readiness
Speed: Time to decision; time to closure
Quality: Percentage of requests meeting intake standard; aging/backlog health
Reliability: Close ≥90% of committed PRRs on or before the agreed due date.
Throughput: Maintain consistent closure volume while keeping the committed backlog under control.
Adoption: Reduced escalations/backchannel decision-making
Responsiveness: Time to accept or respond
Roadmap accuracy and adoption (single source of truth)
Fewer “surprise changes”; changes documented with rationale + impact
Clear delivery confidence
Percentage of KRs instrumented with reliable reporting
On-time monthly/quarterly reporting packages
Predictability: earlier risk detection, fewer red surprises
Milestone predictability and dependency resolution
Launch readiness quality (fewer post-launch escalations; clearer enablement)
Improved customer experience signals
Clear tracking and progress on ICP readiness/parity gap programs (as applicable)
Weekly: triage + aging/blockers, program dependency check, OKR pulse
Monthly: roadmap health review + stakeholder update, scorecard + narrative, program steering
Quarterly: planning support, roadmap alignment, QBR readiness, retros/process improvements
Always: dashboards current, decision log accurate, stakeholders informed
Required
4+ years program management in SaaS/platform orgs with Product + Engineering
Experience running cross-functional governance (intake-to-delivery, decision forums, roadmap/OKR rhythms)
Strong written communication; can turn messy inputs into decision-ready docs
Proven ability to lead without authority and drive accountability
Experience working in Notion, Jira, Salesforce, Google Suite
Preferred
Close partnership with TPM/engineering delivery cadences
