What You'll Do:
As an essential member of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll be much more than a recruiter; you'll be a key player in finding and nurturing the best talent. Your role will include:
Develop Smart Strategies: Create innovative plans for talent acquisition, helping our team grow as dynamically as Multiplier itself.
Find Top Talent: Use a variety of methods to locate the best candidates. Think creatively and explore new ways to recruit.
Collaborate with Leaders: Work closely with our leaders to understand their team needs and help plan for future growth.
Improve Recruitment Processes: Develop efficient recruitment processes using both modern tools and proven methods.
Enhance Our Brand: Help make Multiplier a sought-after employer by using your skills in employer branding.
Promote Our Culture: Be an ambassador for our unique company culture, sharing it inside and outside the organization.
What do I need?
Experience: You have at least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, showing excellent performance in a similar role.
Expertise: You are skilled in technical recruitment, a fast-paced SaaS startup environment is preferred.
Global Recruitment Skills: You have significant experience in recruiting across the APAC and EMEA regions.
Knowledge of Full-Cycle Recruiting: You're experienced in all aspects of recruiting and employer branding.
Tech Skills: You're familiar with the latest tools and platforms used in recruitment and marketing.
Organized and Proactive: You're known for your structured approach, timeliness, and keeping everyone updated.
Resilient and Independent: You're a self-starter, ready to take on challenges with a strong sense of resilience.
