Compensation: $500K–$1.5M total annual compensation

We are building GTM infrastructure that behaves like a high-output operator, combining strategy, execution, and systems thinking. Having added $1M in ARR within the last 30 days, our recruiting team is moving quickly to hire the talent we need to continue our momentum.

We are now looking for a Head of CEO Content to own executive-level content strategy and outcomes across Virio’s highest-impact clients.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead content strategy for each client, partnering directly with founders, CMOs, and GTM leaders to align content with revenue goals and brand narrative

  • Define and execute Virio’s internal content strategy across LinkedIn and adjacent channels

  • Guide content creation across written, video, short-form, and new media, either hands-on or in collaboration with creatives

  • Translate campaign performance into executive-level insight, including engagement trends, pipeline impact, and renewal context

  • Build and refine systems for consistent, scalable content delivery, including briefs, editorial reviews, reporting, and format innovation

  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Client Services, and Creative to align messaging and amplify results

  • Oversee quarterly content planning and strategic reviews for Virio and key accounts using data and insight

  • Use discretionary relationship budget to deepen client partnerships through workshops or executive experiences

  • Lay the foundation for a future content organization, including hiring and managing writers, strategists, and external creators

This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco. We do not offer hybrid or remote positions. With best-in-class compensation, Virio operates on a 996–7 cadence and expects high ownership and high output across the team.
