We’ve built a repeatable system for turning founder-led content into meetings, pipeline, and brand power.
We are building GTM infrastructure that behaves like a high-output operator, combining strategy, execution, and systems thinking. Having added $1M in ARR within the last 30 days, our recruiting team is moving quickly to hire the talent we need to continue our momentum.
We are now looking for a Content Engineer to help design, execute, and scale Virio’s content engine.
Write high-quality LinkedIn posts daily for founders and executives, turning their ideas and voice into content that drives pipeline
Define and execute Virio’s content strategy across LinkedIn and adjacent channels
Guide content creation across written, video, and short-form formats, hands-on or in collaboration with creatives
Translate content performance into executive-level insight, including engagement trends and pipeline impact
Build systems that support consistent, scalable content delivery, including briefs, reviews, reporting, and format innovation
Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Client Services, and Creative to align messaging and amplify results
Lead quarterly content planning and strategic reviews for Virio and key accounts
Use discretionary relationship budget to deepen client partnerships through workshops or executive experiences
Lay the foundation for a future content team as the company scales
LinkedIn platform mastery – Proven LinkedIn creator with a deep, inside understanding of how the platform works
Strategic business storytelling – Strong ability to craft narratives tied directly to real business and revenue outcomes
Content systems builder – Experience designing repeatable content systems rather than writing one-off posts
Execution-first iteration – Bias toward shipping quickly and iterating based on feedback and performance
B2B GTM & founder brand fluency – Strong understanding of B2B go-to-market, founder branding, and demand generation
Executive collaboration comfort – Comfortable working directly with founders and senior executives
High agency & proactivity – Takes initiative and acts without waiting for direction
Creative yet commercially grounded – Balances creative thinking with strong business and revenue orientation
Urgent ambiguity tolerance – Comfortable operating in uncertainty while maintaining speed and urgency
Collaborative mindset – Works effectively with teams and partners across the company

This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco. We do not offer hybrid or remote positions. With best-in-class compensation, Virio operates on a 996–7 cadence and expects high ownership and high output across the team.
