Compensation: $300K–$500K total annual compensation

We are building GTM infrastructure that behaves like a high-output operator, combining strategy, execution, and systems thinking. Having added $1M in ARR within the last 30 days, our recruiting team is moving quickly to hire the talent we need to continue our momentum.

We are now looking for a Head of Content to own content quality, strategy, and systems across Virio and our highest-impact client accounts.


What You’ll Do

  • Write high-quality LinkedIn posts daily for founders and executives, translating their ideas, voice, and priorities into content that drives pipeline

  • Interview clients weekly to extract insights, stories, and strong points of view, then convert them into polished posts in their voice

  • Own each client’s LinkedIn content strategy, including content lanes, narrative arcs, cadence, and alignment to GTM goals

  • Build and refine systems for consistent, scalable content delivery, including briefs, editorial review, reporting, and format innovation

  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Client Services, and Creative to align messaging and amplify results

  • Lead quarterly content planning and strategic reviews for Virio and key accounts using performance data and insight

  • Set and maintain the quality bar for writing, voice, and narrative across all content

This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco. We do not offer hybrid or remote positions. With best-in-class compensation, Virio operates on a 996–7 cadence and expects high ownership and high output across the team.
