Compensation: $180K–$300K total annual compensation
Virio is building the next-generation B2B GTM stack - an AI-powered content engine that turns executive thought leadership into a pipeline at scale.
We help the fastest-growing B2B companies go to market through executive-led content that drives revenue, not vanity metrics. Virio is not a content agency. We're backed by investors and operators from LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, Rippling, and Google. We’ve built a repeatable system for turning founder-led content into meetings, pipeline, and brand power.
We are building GTM infrastructure that behaves like a high-output operator, combining strategy, execution, and systems thinking. Having added $1M in ARR within the last 30 days, our recruiting team is moving quickly to hire the talent we need to continue our momentum.
We are now looking for a Founding Business Operations leader to bring structure, clarity, and leverage as the company scales.
Work directly with founders to drive priorities and execution forward
Track goals, decisions, and follow-ups across teams
Build and maintain operating dashboards, reports, and simple models
Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and execution risk and step in to resolve them
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across GTM, delivery, and recruiting
Prepare materials, notes, and insights to support leadership decisions
Ensure critical initiatives move forward and nothing important slips
Create lightweight systems and processes that scale with the company
Consulting, strategy, or ops experience – Background in consulting, strategy, or business operations within fast-moving environments
Analytical execution mindset – Strong analytical and organizational skills paired with a bias toward action and execution
Cross-functional influence – Comfortable working across teams and driving outcomes without formal authority
Ownership & accountability – High ownership and accountability paired with a low-ego approach
Ambiguity resilience – Able to operate calmly amid shifting priorities and incomplete information
Startup & GTM interest – Genuine interest in startups, go-to-market strategy, and building from the ground up
High agency & proactivity – Takes initiative and acts without waiting for direction

This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco. We do not offer hybrid or remote positions. With best-in-class compensation, Virio operates on a 996–7 cadence and expects high ownership and high output across the team.
