Compensation: $250K–$450K total annual compensation

We’ve built a repeatable system for turning founder-led content into meetings, pipeline, and brand power.

We are building GTM infrastructure that behaves like a high-output operator, combining strategy, execution, and systems thinking. Having added $1M in ARR within the last 30 days, our recruiting team is moving quickly to hire the talent we need to continue our momentum.

We are now looking for a Head of Marketing to define Virio’s narrative, build demand systems, and turn attention into revenue.


What You’ll Do

  • Own Virio’s brand, positioning, and category narrative

  • Define messaging that clearly communicates who we are, who we are for, and why we win

  • Build and run demand generation systems across content, paid, events, partnerships, and campaigns

  • Create and oversee content that converts, including thought leadership, case studies, product narratives, and educational assets

  • Launch high-impact initiatives such as product launches, webinars, executive dinners, and industry partnerships

  • Establish repeatable marketing systems, processes, and templates that compound over time

  • Lead and manage contractors, agencies, and future marketing hires

  • Own LinkedIn and executive visibility, turning organic distribution into a competitive advantage

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and leadership to align marketing with revenue goals

  • Define and track success metrics including pipeline influence, engagement, and brand impact

  • Use AI, automation, and modern tooling to move faster and out-execute larger teams

  • Operate as a founding marketing leader who sets strategy and ships work directly

  • Early-stage growth ownership – Proven experience owning and driving growth in fast-moving or early-stage environments

  • B2B SaaS funnel & GTM expertise – Deep understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and founder-led go-to-market motions

  • Autonomous ownership – Comfortable operating independently while taking full responsibility for outcomes and results

  • Strategy-to-execution fluency – Able to move seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution without friction

  • Distribution & prioritization judgment – Strong instincts around distribution, conversion, and prioritizing the highest-impact work

  • Systems-building mindset – Experience designing scalable systems rather than relying on one-off campaigns

This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco. We do not offer hybrid or remote positions.Virio operates on a 996–7 cadence and expects high ownership and high output across the team.
