Compensation: $120K-$170K total annual compensation
Virio is building the next-generation B2B GTM stack - an AI-powered content engine that turns executive thought leadership into a pipeline at scale.
We help the fastest-growing B2B companies go to market through executive-led content that drives revenue, not vanity metrics. Virio is not a content agency. We're backed by investors and operators from LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, Rippling, and Google. We’ve built a repeatable system for turning founder-led content into meetings, pipeline, and brand power.
We are building GTM infrastructure that behaves like a high-output operator, combining strategy, execution, and systems thinking. Having added $1M in ARR within the last 30 days, our recruiting team is moving quickly to hire the talent we need to continue our momentum.
We are now looking for a Founding BDR to help build and scale Virio’s outbound engine from the ground up.
Research and identify ideal target accounts including founders, CROs, CMOs, and GTM leaders
Run outbound across LinkedIn and email with personalized messaging that earns replies
Turn content and market signals into qualified outbound opportunities
Run short discovery calls to qualify fit and pass warm leads to AEs
Collaborate closely with founders and GTM leadership to refine messaging and positioning
Build repeatable outbound systems, scripts, and workflows that scale beyond you
Track performance and continuously improve conversion across your funnel
Outbound or BDR experience – Experience in BDR, outbound sales, or similar roles within fast-moving environments
Drive & discipline – Highly motivated with strong follow-through and consistent execution
Creative prospecting – Resourceful and inventive in how you research, approach, and engage prospects
Ambiguity tolerance – Comfortable operating without perfect information and learning quickly
Startup & GTM interest – Strong interest in startups, go-to-market strategy, and building from the ground up
Sales craft obsession – Deep commitment to learning and continuously improving the craft of selling
High agency & execution bias – Takes action without waiting to be told what to do
Intensity & in-person collaboration – Comfortable with fast-paced work and close, in-person team collaboration

This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco. We do not offer hybrid or remote positions. With best-in-class compensation, Virio operates on a 996–7 cadence and expects high ownership and high output across the team.
