Virio is building the AI marketer for enterprise.
We help vertical SaaS companies turn LinkedIn into their #1 GTM channel. Virio pairs world-class content engineers with agentic AI research to create brand-safe, ICP-targeted executive content that drives real pipeline, not vanity metrics.
Today, we run a done-for-you content engine for B2B executives. Tomorrow, we’re building a fully autonomous AI marketer embedded inside enterprise teams.
Having added $1M in ARR within the last 30 days, our recruiting team is moving quick to hire the talent we need to continue scaling.
Own the editorial direction and narrative strategy for a portfolio of vertical B2B SaaS executives, shaping how their ideas, perspectives, and companies show up publicly.
Partner directly with founders and CEOs to distill strategy, market insight, and conviction into clear executive narratives that build authority and drive pipeline.
Act as editor-in-chief for executive voice, ensuring consistency, credibility, and sharp POV across LinkedIn, video, long-form, and emerging formats.
Work with some of our highest priority accounts hands-on to write, edit, and ship high-impact executive copy across LinkedIn posts, video scripts, newsletters, and campaigns.
Translate executive goals (revenue, positioning, category leadership) into cohesive story arcs and content programs. Lead quarterly narrative planning and performance reviews for executive accounts, using engagement and pipeline signals to evolve editorial strategy.
Design and maintain the editorial systems that make executive content scalable: briefing frameworks, review standards, narrative templates, and format experimentation.
Collaborate with GTM, Client Services, and Creative partners to ensure executive content supports account growth and retention.
Lay the foundation for future executive content teams by defining standards, taste, and operating principles as programs scale.
Executive-trusted – You have experience working directly with founders and CEOs and know how to earn trust, challenge thinking, and protect executive voice.
Editorial leader – You set quality bars, voice standards, and narrative direction that others can execute against.
Strategic storyteller - You craft narratives that resonate with founders, CMOs, and GTM leaders - and tie them to real business outcomes.
Content architect - You know how to build a content engine from scratch: formats, cadences, hooks, and systems that scale.
You have a strong personal brand - You’ve grown your own audience, you post regularly, and you know what good content looks like because you’ve done it yourself. We want people who know the platform from the inside.
Client-obsessed - You treat content as a strategic lever to deepen relationships, drive renewals, and grow accounts.
Execution-first - You don’t just pitch ideas - you write copy, ship posts, and iterate fast based on data.
B2B-native - You understand how content fits into the GTM motion - ABM, demand gen, founder brand, and sales enablement.
Creative operator - You balance creative instinct with GTM rigor - thinking in hooks, CTAs, and commercial value.
Team-minded - You love collaborating with designers, strategists, and account managers to turn client goals into standout campaigns.
Startup-ready - You thrive in ambiguity, move with urgency, and bring structure without slowing velocity.
