Compensation: $250K–$400K total annual compensation

We’re growing extremely quickly, added $1M ARR in 30 days, and are onboarding customers faster than we can manage—so we’re looking for a Product Engineer to build internal tools and workflows to augment our team.
Design and build internal tools that multiply the output of our humans
Ship full-stack features fast—from idea to production in days, not weeks
Work directly with content team to understand their workflows and build what they actually need
Own the entire product lifecycle: talk to users, identify problems, design solutions, build, and iterate
Make product decisions on the fly—you'll have the judgment and context to move without waiting for specs
Continuously improve tools based on real usage and feedback
Speed – You can ship a working tool in less than a day and refine it based on feedback
Strong product sense – You don’t just build what users ask for; you have your own POV on what makes products excellent
User empathy – You enjoy sitting with users, watching them work, and building exactly what they need
Bias toward shipping – You'd rather ship something imperfect and iterate than wait for perfect requirements
Technical range – Comfortable across the stack, from frontend polish to backend data flows
High agency & self-direction – Acts without waiting for requirements or detailed instructions
Small-team intensity comfort – Comfortable working intensely and closely with a small, high-output team
Unorthodox problem solving – Sees non-obvious paths forward and challenges conventional approaches
