We help the fastest-growing B2B companies go to market through executive-led content that drives revenue, not vanity metrics. Virio is not a content agency. We're backed by investors and operators from LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, Rippling, and Google. We’ve built a repeatable system for turning founder-led content into meetings, pipeline, and brand power.
We are building GTM infrastructure that behaves like a high-output operator, combining strategy, execution, and systems thinking. Having added $1M in ARR within the last 30 days, our recruiting team is moving quickly to hire the talent we need to continue our momentum.
We are now looking for a Head of Growth to own and scale Virio’s growth engine.
Own Virio’s growth motion end to end, from acquisition through pipeline and expansion
Design and run top-of-funnel acquisition across paid, content, SEO, LinkedIn, and distribution
Launch and scale campaigns including events, partnerships, co-marketing, and experiments
Build repeatable growth systems and playbooks that compound over time
Treat each initiative like a growth P&L, running multiple experiments in parallel and evaluating results
Work directly with founders to shape growth strategy and execution priorities
Lead and manage contractors and future growth hires across execution
Partner with Product, GTM, Client Success, and Engineering to align growth with revenue outcomes
Define, track, and improve core growth metrics across the funnel
Use AI, automation, and tooling to move faster and ship more than larger teams
Early-stage growth ownership – Experience owning and driving growth in fast-moving or early-stage environments
B2B SaaS funnel & founder-led GTM expertise – Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and founder-led go-to-market motions
Autonomous ownership – Comfortable operating independently while taking full responsibility for outcomes
Strategy-to-execution fluency – Able to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution without friction
Distribution & prioritization judgment – Strong instincts around distribution, conversion, and prioritizing high-impact work
Systems-building mindset – Experience building scalable systems rather than relying on one-off campaigns
High agency & self-direction – Proactively takes action and does not wait for instructions to act
Outcome orientation – Cares more about results and impact than activity or optics
Comfort with ambiguity – Energized by uncertainty and motivated by building from scratch
Fast, thoughtful execution – Ships quickly while maintaining quality and avoiding sloppiness
Direct communication – Clear, concise communicator who works effectively with founders and operators

This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco. We do not offer hybrid or remote positions. With best-in-class compensation, Virio operates on a 996–7 cadence and expects high ownership and high output across the team.
