At walkthrough, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in technical hiring. This role will be responsible for driving our hiring strategy and process to attract, select, and retain top technical talent. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in technical recruitment and will be passionate about building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technical hiring landscape and will be able to leverage this expertise to identify and hire top talent for our company's open positions. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and will be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve hiring goals.

Skills & Qualification

  • Proven track record of success in technical recruitment, with a strong understanding of the technical hiring landscape.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • SHRM-CP or HRCI certifications are a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in technical recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to attract and select top technical talent for open positions.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer extension, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of hiring goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, team leads, and executive leaders.

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and make recommendations for candidate selection.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment, and make recommendations for process improvement.

  • Develop and manage recruitment budgets, forecasting and reporting on hiring metrics and costs.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers and team leads on recruitment best practices and compliance.
