You will work closely with our sales teams to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS company like Freshworks or Whatfix.
Proven track record of success in lead generation and business development, with a strong understanding of the mid-market segment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and an ability to communicate effectively in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of the SaaS industry and mid-market segment, with the ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with minimal supervision, and exercise strong leadership skills, including delegation, coaching, and mentoring.
Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, and an ability to provide regular updates and insights to management on lead generation and business development efforts.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to think strategically and develop plans to increase conversion rates and improve sales performance.
Experience with CRM software and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
