About This Role

This role is for you.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who gets excited about building

demand engines from the ground up. Someone who enjoys figuring out what will

resonate, what will convert, and what’s worth doubling down on.

You’ll own how we run webinars, gated content, and paid campaigns — not as

isolated channels, but as connected plays that move real pipeline. This is a hands-

on a role where you’ll plan campaigns, run experiments, learn fast, and continuously

raise the bar on quality.

Key Responsibilities

Own gated content strategy

  • Identify high-intent topics aligned to ICP pain points and buying stages

  • Define the right format for each play (ebook, checklist, report, guide)

  • Write & execute the content for the assets

  • Plan and own distribution across ads, email, and relevant channels

  • Define success metrics and review performance post-launch

Paid Ads

  • Lead paid budget allocation across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta, in

  • collaboration with leadership

  • Fully own ad messaging and creative direction, ensuring alignment with

  • campaign narratives and target audience

  • Identify 2–3 repeatable demand plays (by audience, message, or offer) that

  • show clear potential to scale over time

Set up & Scale Webinars & Online Events

  • Fully own webinar strategy, including:

  • Topic selection and narrative

  • Speaker outreach and coordination

  • GTM planning across email, ads, and social

  • Post-webinar follow-ups and performance review

  • Build webinars into a repeatable, scalable demand channel

Skills Required

This role will work well for you if:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally at early to mid-sized

  • startups where you had real ownership

  • You’ve personally run paid ads on LinkedIn and Google — not just reviewed

  • reports or managed agencies

  • You’re comfortable working inside HubSpot and understand how campaigns,

  • forms, workflows, and reporting actually work

  • You’ve planned and executed webinars and gated content yourself, end to

  • end

  • You can write clearly and convincingly, and you have a good eye for what

  • Looks and feels high quality

You’re comfortable juggling strategy and execution — thinking through the

“why” and then rolling up your sleeves to make it happen
