Role Overview :

You'll make Zamp feel magical. We're building digital employees that work alongside humans, and the experience of using them needs to feel effortless, delightful, and unlike anything else out there.

This role exists at the intersection of design and engineering. You'll prototype, build, and polish the interfaces that make our product feel alive. You think like a designer but ship like an engineer, or the other way around. Either way, you blur the line.

Responsibilities :

• You'll own the craft of how Zamp looks and feels. That means building production-quality UI components and interactions that make users smile. It means rapidly prototyping new concepts, validating ideas in hours before the team invests weeks. It means obsessing over the details that take something from good to great.

• You'll work directly with founders, engineers, and designers to define what's possible and then push past it. You'll contribute to design systems and component libraries that help the whole team ship faster. And you'll be the person who ensures pixel-perfect execution across the product, the one who notices when something's off by 2 pixels and actually fixes it.

What We're Looking For :

• You live between Figma and your code editor. You're equally comfortable designing an interaction and building it. The handoff problem doesn't exist for you because you are the handoff.

• You have an eye for detail and care deeply about craft. You notice the micro-interactions, the easing curves, the spacing that's slightly off. You can't unsee these things, and you wouldn't want to.

• You know what it takes to go from 90% to 100%. You've shipped polished products before. You understand that the last 10% is where the magic lives - and where most people give up.

• You move fast. You prototype ideas in hours, not days. You're comfortable throwing things away if they don't work. Speed and iteration are how you find the right answer.

• You think in systems. You build reusable, maintainable components - not one-off hacks. You understand that good design systems multiply the team's ability to ship.

• You're excited about shaping new interaction paradigms. We're building experiences that don't have established patterns yet. You find that thrilling, not terrifying.
