What We Do :
Roma provides three core infrastructure products:
Stablecoin Orchestration: A single API to send, receive, convert, and store stablecoins across multiple blockchains and protocols
Enterprise-Grade Payments: Unified global payouts API with 100+ bank and payment service provider integrations supporting both fiat and stablecoin rails
Treasury Management: Consolidated visibility and control across all bank accounts, PSPs, stablecoin wallets, and tokenized investment accounts.
We're at an inflection point in financial infrastructure. Stablecoins and tokenized assets are transitioning from emerging technology to essential components of the global financial system. About the role :
We are looking for a highly driven Account Executive with a proven track record to lead new business acquisition. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Roma’s sales strategy, establishing our presence in key markets, and closing high-value enterprise deals.This role would include market-building, consultative selling, and cross-party collaboration within the evolving digital asset ecosystem.
What you’ll do :
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals, driving a strong, differentiated brand presence across US, LATM and Middle East.
Build and own the marketing charter including product marketing, brand building social media presence and content and employer branding
Work closely with the Founder, GTM and business to translate vision, values, and roadmap into clear, compelling brand narratives and high-impact marketing initiatives.
Work with the GTM team to define and execute product positioning and website messaging.
Build core assets such as website content , social media collaterals, collaterals for sales enablement and case studies.
Build and scale the employer brand through authentic storytelling on linkedin and twitter.
Drive a cohesive social media strategy (Twitter, telegram, linkedin) to strengthen online presence, engage target audiences, and build long-term brand trust.
Track and analyze marketing performance, conduct customer and market research, and continuously optimize strategies through data-driven experimentation.
Map and prioritize global events where Roma’s presence can significantly strengthen brand visibility.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience in marketing for startups is a strong plus.
4-8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of content strategy, brand development, messaging, and social media marketing.
Versatile individual contributor with strong execution capabilities across multiple marketing domains.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
A proactive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
Creative problem-solver with mandatory cross-border fintech experience or US/LATAM marketing exposure, driven to innovate and contribute to the company’s growth.
