As our AI Growth Engineer, you'll be the architect of Zeffy's next growth chapter.
You'll design and ship the systems that power our entire growth engine, from enriching our understanding of the market, to finding and engaging new nonprofits, to activating and expanding the ones already using Zeffy.

Enrich Our Market Intelligence: Build systems that deepen our understanding of nonprofits: enriching lead data, uncovering market signals, and surfacing insights that sharpen our targeting and messaging.
Pioneer AI-Driven Acquisition at Scale: Design automated workflows that discover and engage nonprofits at scale. Experiment with LLMs to craft outreach that feels personal, and uncover opportunities before anyone else does.
Supercharge Product Activation & Expansion: Optimize the automated emails, SMS, and in-app triggers that turn new signups into active users and active users into power users. Your work will directly improve activation rates and drive cross-sell across our product suite.
Own the Growth Tech Stack: Connect the tools that power our growth into systems that deliver results and propose better solutions when you find them.
Instrument & Optimize: Build dashboards, run experiments, and continuously improve performance. You'll know what works because you'll measure it.

You've built automation that solved real problems (the tools matter less than the results)
You love building systems yourself. You have a hacker mindset. Whether self taught or formally educated you love to build software that solve problems
You are aggressively experimenting with AI. You follow the fast pace development of AI
Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus)
Bonus if you have:
Background in SaaS growth marketing or Product-Led Growth (PLG)
Experience optimizing lifecycle emails, onboarding sequences, or activation flows
Familiarity with CRM, automation, or data platforms
You don't need to know every tool we use. What matters is that you're the kind of person who learns by building through documentation, YouTube tutorials, Claude, and trial-and-error. Some of the best GTM engineers come from RevOps, agency life, product design, or even teaching. If you've taught yourself to automate things and you're hungry to do more, we want to hear from you.
