We are looking for a technical technical co-founder to join one of our pre-seed startups in revolutionizing parcel logistics. Logistics networks are built for rare demand peaks like Christmas or Black Friday but remain underutilized most of the year. Billions of euros in capital investments and high fixed costs put enormous financial pressure on carriers. We are working on an innovative solution to smooth out peak demand, with the goal of improving the profitability of parcel logistics.

The solution we have in mind:

- By empowering retailers to pre-ship parcels before the customer clicks “buy,” we pull parcel volume ahead of peak demand and relieve pressure on logistics networks.

- Demand forecasts are turned into real-time product availability, enabling instant access and shifting e-commerce from rapid delivery to immediate ownership.

- Our AI decision engine matches forecasts, inventory and delivery networks, optimizing parcel flows and resources at scale to maximize margin and customer experience.

YOU'LL BE THE PERFECT MATCH IF 

• You’re an engineer with a strong technical backbone and leadership mindset, ideally with CTO experience.

• You have a track record of running your own startups and successfully building ventures.

• You have a strong interest in AI and automation, ideally with experience applying them to real-world problems.

• You’re excited to work in e-commerce operations, ideally with experience integrating or building platforms.

• You have the drive to build the next big thing and bring it successfully to market together with us.
