You look forward to the pressures and rewards of being a shareholder and managing director of your own B2B software startup.
You love sales and have experience in B2B sales and tooling.
You treat all commercial activities as timeboxed experiments with clear success metrics. You document your results honestly to avoid fooling yourself about what works; your intuition improves over time.
You make bold changes that can generate clear signals despite limited user data. You focus on high-impact tests (such as complete landing page redesigns) rather than incremental tweaks that won't yield meaningful results due to a startup’s limited scale.
You enjoy working with LLMs – e.g. to generate highly personalized cold sales outreach yourself. You thus create part of your sales funnel yourself. You do this on your own or with at most one colleague.
Nice to have: You have a network in logistics, manufacturing, or related industries.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
You join Phil and Iaro at Mira’s core and build its culture and trajectory.
You are responsible for all marketing and sales activities, including customer acquisition, refining the business model, and developing go-to-market strategies.
