That’s where you come in. We’re hiring a Product Manager to help set and uphold the quality bar for what Blaze ships. You’ll ensure our outputs reflect strong taste, thoughtful use of AI, and a deep understanding of what drives real growth for our customers.
At Blaze, Product Managers aren’t backlog organizers or consensus collectors. They’re people with taste who bring strong, well-formed opinions about what great looks like, grounded in real customer insight, and fight for quality even when it’s inconvenient.
You’ll work alongside engineering, design, and marketing to set a bold roadmap and ship products that feel deliberate, cohesive, and high-quality. You’ll also play a role in uncovering new opportunities, taking them from 0 to 1, and staying accountable for the outcomes.
We’re looking for spiky PMs with real product taste—people who form strong opinions, take responsibility for them, and learn fast when they’re wrong.
This ideal PM for Blaze is a curious technologist: someone who actively explores new AI products, thinks about where the space is headed, and can translates emerging capabilities into concrete customer value.
You don’t just follow trends—you play with them, form opinions, and imagine what’s next.

Work with our leadership team set product direction and priorities, with clear accountability for the quality and consistency of what Blaze ships to customers.
Own the product development lifecycle end to end—deciding what gets built, what gets fixed, and what gets cut—while holding a high bar for the outputs that reach production.
Partner closely with engineering and design leadership to guide technical and design execution, make tradeoffs, and ensure every release meets expectations for reliability, usability, and output quality.
Collaborate with our customer and marketing teams to identify the highest-impact product opportunities, using customer feedback and product data to continuously raise the quality and usefulness of Blaze’s output.

Product training and experience at a top tier technology company
At least one tour of duty in a high-growth startup environment (Series B/C preferred)
Hands-on experience shipping AI-native features in production - bonus points for image/video generations or agent-based workflows
Building for SMB/prosumer segments where output quality directly impacts metrics
Success stories that prove your ability to drive improvements in conversion, retention, monetization, or expansion metrics
AI Systems Architect: you think in prompt and model pipelines, know how to set up eval structures, and can design for impact v. cost/latency constraints.
Elite Taste & Output Judgment: you can articulate what makes content feel agency-grade and brand-worthy, and can backwards engineer how to produce it with AI.
Retention & NRR Instinct: you evaluate product decisions based on conversion, retention, and expansion, and feels responsible for revenue impact, not just shipping.
Radical Simplicity Discipline: you're ruthless about scope, and can distill complex AI capability into intuitive, minimal user experiences, knowing what to keep v. cut.
Founder-Level Ownership: you operates like a CEO of your metrics or feature areas, making decisions decisively, navigating ambiguity calmly, and protecting team velocity.
