What You Will Do:
The candidate must acquire new customers in the Enterprise category, collaborating with cross-functional teams to stitch together solutions that meet customers' needs.
Leads business development, relationship building, stakeholder management, and networking efforts to drive growth and revenue targets.
Develops short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
Drives innovation, questions the norm, and possesses a strong entrepreneurial drive, with a sense of ownership and accountability.
Analyzes market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
Works closely with leadership to prioritize initiatives, define growth trajectories, and drive strategic outcomes.
Maintains a deep understanding of the payments industry, its trends, and competitor landscape to inform sales strategies and approaches.
Fosters strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue targets.
Develops and executes effective sales plans, approaches, and strategies to acquire new Enterprise clients and drive business growth.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive revenue growth.
What You Will Need:
Minimum 6-9 years of experience in the fintech industry, preferably in online payments, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue targets.
Proven experience in acquiring Enterprise clients, with a strong understanding of the payments industry and its trends.
Excellent knowledge of sales strategies, approaches, and techniques, with a focus on driving revenue growth and business development.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
Excellent business acumen and product expertise, with a deep understanding of the payments industry and its trends.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and drive strategic outcomes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Proven experience in product-focused sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, approaches, and techniques.
