What You Will Do:
Manage and grow existing customer relationships in Emerging Business vertical, by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and deepening engagement
Develop strategies for expanding existing customer accounts within emerging market categories, focusing on long-term partnerships
Consistently achieve revenue targets through customer retention, account expansion, and driving additional business from existing customers in line with team/organizational objectives
Maintain regular communication with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues to maintain strong relationships
Build and manage a pipeline for account expansion by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
Collaborate with customers to identify new use cases and tailor solutions to meet their evolving needs, driving long-term value
Establish best practices and operating procedures for customer retention, relationship management, and account expansion
Keep updated on market trends, customer pain points, and competitor actions that may impact current customer relationships and growth opportunities
What You Will Need:
4-6 years of relevant experience in account management, up-selling, and cross-selling, with a background in Payment Gateway Sales (Mandate)
Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to work
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements
Strong business acumen and product expertise
