Assistant Manager - Emerging Business (Farming)

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships in Emerging Business vertical, by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and deepening engagement

  • Develop strategies for expanding existing customer accounts within emerging market categories, focusing on long-term partnerships

  • Consistently achieve revenue targets through customer retention, account expansion, and driving additional business from existing customers in line with team/organizational objectives

  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues to maintain strong relationships

  • Build and manage a pipeline for account expansion by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts

  • Collaborate with customers to identify new use cases and tailor solutions to meet their evolving needs, driving long-term value

  • Establish best practices and operating procedures for customer retention, relationship management, and account expansion

  • Keep updated on market trends, customer pain points, and competitor actions that may impact current customer relationships and growth opportunities

What You Will Need:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in account management, up-selling, and cross-selling, with a background in Payment Gateway Sales (Mandate)

  • Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to work

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements

  • Strong business acumen and product expertise
