What We Need:
We’re looking for a highly organized self-starter to join our Solutions Enablement team as a Project Coordinator. This team provides data and custom UI services to our clients, helping them get more value from Datassential’s platforms. This role is customer-facing about 40 percent of the time, so you should be comfortable leading conversations, asking scoping questions, and translating needs into clear technical requirements. You’ll take the lead on coordinating UI enhancements, CRM integrations, file deliveries and exchanges, and other initiatives that help our customers see real value and stay with Datassential longer.

What You Will Do:
Review and qualify incoming service requests submitted by Enablement Managers or cross-functional partners. If the request fits within our services, prepare and submit it to the appropriate technical team.
Join client conversations when needed to gather details for items such as file exchanges or data delivery needs, and ensure clients receive final outputs or confirmations.
Coordinate work across multiple internal teams to meet customer needs. You might help a top-tier account on one project and support a group of low-touch accounts on another.
Work with data and technical partners to scope needs, answer questions, and align on requirements through Jira and other intake channels.
Audit recurring client files to identify issues before the customer sees them.
Test UI setups to confirm everything functions as expected before delivery.
What You bring:
4-year degree or equivalent experience in customer service/data
2 years of work experience in a client-facing role
Strongly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and keep track of ongoing tasks

The base salary range for this role will be $55,000-$60,000. Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
