Responsibilities:

  • Understand the team requirements and translate those into a job description.

  • Conduct all stages of the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

  • Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and platforms, job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to identify high-quality candidates.

  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Facilitate structured interviews, coordinate assessments, and ensure consistency in the selection process.

  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to proactively address current and future talent needs.

  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

 

Required Qualification:

  • At least 3 years of TA experience, bonus points if you have scaled a deep-tech startup

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Darwinbox, or similar

 

General Requirements:

  • Ability to take direction and work independently

  • Interpersonal skills to enable working in a diverse and dynamic team

  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule

  • Writing and delivering technical documents and briefings

  • Verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills

  • Travel occasionally as necessary
