We are looking for someone who:
A sharp, self-driven recruiter who knows how to hunt, not wait
Thinks like an operator—sees hiring as a system to optimize, not just a process to follow
Understand the team requirements and translate those into a job description.
Conduct all stages of the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and platforms, job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to identify high-quality candidates.
Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Facilitate structured interviews, coordinate assessments, and ensure consistency in the selection process.
Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to proactively address current and future talent needs.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
At least 3 years of TA experience, bonus points if you have scaled a deep-tech startup
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Darwinbox, or similar
Ability to take direction and work independently
Interpersonal skills to enable working in a diverse and dynamic team
Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule
Writing and delivering technical documents and briefings
Verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills
Travel occasionally as necessary
