Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is curious, proactive, and a fast learner

  • Can work independently, ask sharp questions, and move quickly

  • Has a genuine interest in recruitment, start-ups & the space-tech ecosystem 

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding hiring requirements and helping draft compelling job descriptions

  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and direct outreach

  • Screening resumes and coordinating interviews

  • Engaging with candidates to ensure a seamless experience

  • Maintaining internal databases and ATS records

  • Supporting employer branding and talent outreach efforts

  • Learning how to build talent pipelines from scratch.

 

Required Qualification:

  • Final-year student or recent graduate, preferably in HR, Business, Psychology, or similar

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Google Suite

  • Familiarity with Notion is preferred, but not mandatory

  

General Requirements:

  • Ability to take direction and work independently.

  • Interpersonal skills to enable working in a diverse and dynamic team.

  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.

  • Writing and delivering technical documents and briefings.

  • Verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills.

  • Travel occasionally as necessary.
