We are looking for someone who:
Is curious, proactive, and a fast learner
Can work independently, ask sharp questions, and move quickly
Has a genuine interest in recruitment, start-ups & the space-tech ecosystem
Understanding hiring requirements and helping draft compelling job descriptions
Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and direct outreach
Screening resumes and coordinating interviews
Engaging with candidates to ensure a seamless experience
Maintaining internal databases and ATS records
Supporting employer branding and talent outreach efforts
Learning how to build talent pipelines from scratch.
Final-year student or recent graduate, preferably in HR, Business, Psychology, or similar
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Google Suite
Familiarity with Notion is preferred, but not mandatory
Ability to take direction and work independently.
Interpersonal skills to enable working in a diverse and dynamic team.
Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
Writing and delivering technical documents and briefings.
Verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills.
Travel occasionally as necessary.
