At Paper.id, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Business Development professional to join our team in Malaysia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, revenue growth, and expanding our presence in the enterprise market. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales leader to leverage their expertise and build a long-term relationship with our users.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of sales pipeline management, complex B2B sales, and the ability to navigate senior stakeholder relationships within large client organizations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Banking, Accounting, and any related fields.
At least 5 years of working experience in Sales, Software Development, Financial Services, or the banking industry.
Strong knowledge of sales pipeline management and complex B2B sales.
Experience dealing with senior stakeholders within large client organizations.
Good presentation skills, including the ability to present to top decision makers or senior management.
Good negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented.
Able to make proposals and quotations for penetrating the enterprise market.
Achieve sales and revenue targets by identifying and securing business opportunities from prospective customers.
Manage the end-to-end sales process and provide clear visibility on the pipeline to the leadership team.
Be responsible for all direct sales efforts from lead generation to close.
Propose solutions that align to prospects’ and/or clients’ needs, goals, and objectives.
Conduct thorough KYC and provide a proper solution by integrating our platform into the enterprise.
Build a productive long-term relationship with our users and provide ongoing support and value.
Leverage sales pipeline management expertise to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Navigate complex B2B sales processes and negotiate deals with senior stakeholders.
Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our presence in the enterprise market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives.
