At Paper.id, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Business Development professional to join our team in Malaysia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, revenue growth, and expanding our presence in the enterprise market. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales leader to leverage their expertise and build a long-term relationship with our users.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of sales pipeline management, complex B2B sales, and the ability to navigate senior stakeholder relationships within large client organizations.

Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Banking, Accounting, and any related fields.

  • At least 5 years of working experience in Sales, Software Development, Financial Services, or the banking industry.

  • Strong knowledge of sales pipeline management and complex B2B sales.

  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders within large client organizations.

  • Good presentation skills, including the ability to present to top decision makers or senior management.

  • Good negotiation and deal-closing skills.

  • Self-driven and target-oriented.

  • Able to make proposals and quotations for penetrating the enterprise market.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and revenue targets by identifying and securing business opportunities from prospective customers.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process and provide clear visibility on the pipeline to the leadership team.

  • Be responsible for all direct sales efforts from lead generation to close.

  • Propose solutions that align to prospects’ and/or clients’ needs, goals, and objectives.

  • Conduct thorough KYC and provide a proper solution by integrating our platform into the enterprise.

  • Build a productive long-term relationship with our users and provide ongoing support and value.

  • Leverage sales pipeline management expertise to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

  • Navigate complex B2B sales processes and negotiate deals with senior stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our presence in the enterprise market.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives.
