What will you do:

• Ensure that documents submitted by prospective borrowers are complete and comply with applicable standards.

• Review and analyze the legal and financial documents of prospective borrowers.

• Follow up on incomplete credit application documents.

• Act as a bridge between the sales team and funding partners in the document collection and credit analysis process.

• Document all credit application and credit agreement documents.

• Conduct SLIK (Indonesian credit scoring) checks and summarize the results.

• Forward borrower disbursement applications to funding partners.

• Monitor payment quality and ensure users repay their loans on time.

• Send reminders for payments that are due or overdue, either via email or phone.

What are we looking for:

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any field.

• At least 1 year of experience in credit operations, particularly in checking credit application documents.

• High attention to detail in conducting checks and documentation.

• Proficient in using formulas in Ms. Excel and Google Sheets, as well as internal verification tools.

• Experience in performing SLIK/Pefindo data checks.

• Ability to analyze financial reports and understand financial ratios.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with users, partners, and across divisions.

• Growth mindset and interest in handling diverse operational functions.
