Ensure that documents submitted by prospective borrowers are complete and comply with applicable standards.
Review and analyze the legal and financial documents of prospective borrowers.
Follow up on incomplete credit application documents.
Act as a bridge between the sales team and funding partners in the document collection and credit analysis process.
Document all credit application and credit agreement documents.
Conduct SLIK (Indonesian credit scoring) checks and summarize the results.
Forward borrower disbursement applications to funding partners.
Monitor payment quality and ensure users repay their loans on time.
Send reminders for payments that are due or overdue, either via email or phone.

Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any field.
At least 1 year of experience in credit operations, particularly in checking credit application documents.
High attention to detail in conducting checks and documentation.
Proficient in using formulas in Ms. Excel and Google Sheets, as well as internal verification tools.
Experience in performing SLIK/Pefindo data checks.
Ability to analyze financial reports and understand financial ratios.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with users, partners, and across divisions.
