Senior Brand Engagement Executive

What will you do:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies through events to increase brand awareness, drive acquisition, and achieve company goals.

  • Manage end-to-end event planning, preparation, and execution with a focus on delivering exceptional attendee experiences.

  • Devise and execute strategies to expand the brand’s community membership.

  • Leverage the community as a communication channel to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

  • Plan and execute structured activities to foster community engagement and align with company objectives.

  • Establish partnerships with relevant communities and organizations to achieve marketing goals and expand reach.

  • Build, maintain, and optimize a comprehensive database of community members.

  • Identify, monitor, and report on key community and event performance metrics (e.g., attendee growth, satisfaction rates, etc.).

  • Prepare detailed reports on activities, budget utilization, and performance against defined KPIs.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in event planning and execution, as well as community-building initiatives, including end-to-end event management.

  • Prior experience working in startups, financial technology, or financial services industries is strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrates creativity and proactivity, with a track record of generating innovative ideas and successfully experimenting with event formats and strategies.

  • Strong analytical abilities to identify, monitor, and optimize assigned metrics (e.g., attendee growth, user acquisition).

  • Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse audiences, including executives and community members.

  • Skilled in delivering compelling presentations that align with the organization’s goals and vision.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

  • A collaborative team player who can work across departments and foster a positive working environment.
