Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trust, and nurturing partnerships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Identify growth opportunities, including acquisition, upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategic account plans.
Understand client needs, present solutions, and communicate effectively to align with business objectives.
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, product) to meet deadlines, manage and ensure successful delivery of services.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written skills for negotiation, presentation, and daily communication.
Strong ability to resolve client complaints and issues effectively.
Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and accounts simultaneously.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing and proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales.
