We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to take ownership of Parasail’s usage-based billing and revenue workflows. We’ve laid a solid foundation with Stripe and Metronome, and now we’re ready to unlock their full potential. You’ll translate customer contracts into accurate billing, ensure invoices reflect real usage, and design workflows that scale as we grow.

This is an opportunity to move beyond the basics — shaping how we capture revenue, reduce friction in billing, and provide leadership with the insights needed to grow the business.

What You’ll Do

• Contract-to-cash setup — Configure Stripe + Metronome to reflect usage tiers, discounts, and credits
• Invoice accuracy & reconciliation — Ensure invoices match contract terms and actual usage; investigate and resolve discrepancies, implement fraud detection and prevention strategies
• Streamline workflows — Build efficient, automated workflows across stakeholders and systems
• Reporting & insights — Develop reporting on billing, usage, and collections to give leadership clear visibility into revenue
• Scale with growth — Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and prepare systems for higher volume and complexity
• Cross-functional collaboration — Partner with customer, finance, and product to ensure smooth operations and a great customer experience
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Ops, Billing Ops, Finance Ops, or Accounting Analyst roles at a SaaS or usage-based company
• Hands-on experience with Stripe (required); familiarity with usage-based billing platforms like Metronome strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of usage-based pricing models (tiers, overages, credits, prepayments)
• Skilled at invoice reconciliation and contract setup; comfortable digging into data and driving to clean answers
• Familiar with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606) and able to support finance/accounting partners
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; SQL a plus
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment and enjoys building processes from the ground up

• Experience implementing or migrating billing systems at an early-stage startup
• Exposure to AI/ML or infrastructure SaaS companies
• Experience with business intelligence and data analytics platforms
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools
• Experience developing and implementing pricing strategy and tactics
