We’re seeking a Business Development Lead with deep knowledge of the RF wireless ecosystem to drive customer and partner growth. You’ll identify and execute opportunities across the communication, infrastructure, GaN & RFIC chip, and satellite communication markets. This role requires someone who can connect technical breakthroughs with commercial impact, bridging relationships with system providers, semiconductor companies, and infrastructure players.
Responsibilities:
Build and expand relationships with customers and partners in RF wireless, infrastructure, and satellite markets
Identify adoption pathways for PseudolithIC’s technology in GaN, RFIC, and high-frequency packaging applications
Shape commercialization strategy for advanced packaging solutions in wireless communications and defense/aerospace sectors
Develop joint development agreements, licensing partnerships, and early customer design wins
Provide strategic market insight to guide product and roadmap decisions
Represent PseudolithIC with credibility at RF industry events, conferences, and customer engagements
Requirements/Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in RF wireless, semiconductors, or related industries
Strong understanding of GaN adoption trends, RFIC supply chains, and satellite/communication infrastructure markets
Established industry network with relationships spanning OEMs, system integrators, and chip suppliers
Track record of closing deals and driving adoption of new technologies
Technical background (RF system engineering, semiconductors, or related) strongly preferred; MBA or business experience a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment
Special Requirements:
· Expected travel to include participation at industry events, tradeshows, customer engagements, etc.

Compensation:
Target base salary for this role is $150,000 - $175,000 per year + commission + meaningful equity + bonus + benefits + 401k. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, experience, and location.
