Motion Designer

We’re looking for an experienced motion designer to create motion assets that drive customer acquisition, as well as brand videos that build emotional connection and brand love.
You’ll work across campaign, product, and influencer content, combining strong visual craft with editing skills and an eye for storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, comfortable working at speed, curious about using AI in their workflow, and excited to collaborate in a regional team.
Key Responsibilities
Design and animate short-form motion assets for paid, social, and CRM channels — all work should be on-brand and visually polished
Edit influencer and brand videos in collaboration with the PR lead and Head of Brand
Build and maintain reusable motion templates that improve creative consistency and production speed
Explore and apply AI tools (e.g. Veo 3, Midjourney, Freepik AI, Illustrator AI) to enhance workflow and creative output
Projects you might work on
Motion assets for product and brand campaigns across paid and owned channels
AI-assisted brand films using tools like Veo 3 or Runway
Explainer videos for CRM, app, and onboarding use cases
Edited influencer/KOL videos adapted for performance formats (e.g. reels, stories, YouTube Shorts)
Accountabilities of the role
Deliver high-quality, on-brand motion and video content that supports performance and brand goals
Ensure all motion assets are delivered on time, across multiple campaigns and channels
Uphold a high standard of craft across animation, editing, and sound
Contribute to scalable systems by maintaining and improving motion templates and workflows
Take ownership of briefs from concept to delivery, collaborating effectively with stakeholders across markets
