Roma provides three core infrastructure products:
Stablecoin Orchestration: A single API to send, receive, convert, and store stablecoins across multiple blockchains and protocols
Enterprise-Grade Payments: Unified global payouts API with 100+ bank and payment service provider integrations supporting both fiat and stablecoin rails
Treasury Management: Consolidated visibility and control across all bank accounts, PSPs, stablecoin wallets, and tokenized investment accounts

About the role:
We are looking for a highly driven Account Executive with a proven track record to lead new business acquisition. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Roma’s sales strategy, establishing our presence in key markets, and closing high-value enterprise deals.
This role would include market-building, consultative selling, and cross-party collaboration within the evolving digital asset ecosystem.
What you'll do:
Build and execute a robust outbound sales strategy to penetrate the North American and Middle East markets.
Conduct ongoing market research to uncover customer pain points, value creation levers, and emerging demand, and use these insights to refine Roma’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Define and own a clear revenue quota, with accountability for pipeline creation and deal execution.
Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline, driving deal progression from discovery through closure and build predictability in revenue growth.
Design and run targeted outbound programs that engage relevant stakeholders and clearly articulate Roma’s differentiated value proposition.
Lead deal negotiations, structure commercial terms, and close enterprise agreements
Maintain accurate CRM records, deal documentation, and pipeline hygiene to ensure visibility across internal Roma teams.
Stay up to date on customer needs, regulatory developments, and market trends in the digital asset ecosystem, and collaborate with Product and Marketing teams on solution and GTM iterations.
Build long-term customer relationships and position Roma as a trusted partner for new product requirements across geographies.
Qualifications Required :
4+ years of sales experience in high-growth environments such as fintechs, payment companies, consulting, or fast-paced startups.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in fintech, payments, or blockchain.
Deep expertise in building a sales pipeline from scratch and prioritizing the accounts with the most growth potential.
Ability to turn market data into a winning sales strategy that beats the competition. - Proven experience in business growth, go-to-market (GTM),ideally with B2B clients or financial institutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Proactive, ownership-driven, and adaptable who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and takes initiative to deliver results.
